GRTforms is the hosted online forms product from GrtLabs Inc. Build and publish forms, collect submissions, and share with a link, public form URL. Live app: https://forms.grtlabs.com

What to send

Email [email protected] or call 713.714.6849. Include:

  • The email on your GRTforms account (do not send passwords).
  • The form name or public slug (/f/[slug]) if the issue is about one form.
  • What you expected versus what you saw (builder, share panel, public form, or submissions).
  • Browser and a screenshot when the layout, validation, or export looks wrong.
  • Approximate time (your local time is fine) if login, save, or submit failed.

  • Creating and managing multiple forms under one account
  • Drag-drop builder: field types, required / email / phone / text validation
  • Layout: 1–3 columns and field widths (including half | half) on the canvas
  • Custom CSS / theming path when styles do not apply as expected
  • Share panel: public link, iframe, and JavaScript embed
  • Submissions: total count, pagination, date filter, View / Edit / Delete, Excel (.xlsx) export
  • Public form submit failures when the form is published and the slug is correct

What this product does not do yet

These are Coming soon. Support cannot turn them on for you today:

  • Mailgun notifications
  • Confirmation email to respondents
  • CAPTCHA / Cloudflare Turnstile
  • Conditional logic
  • Theme designer
  • Payments

GRTforms does not send notification or reminder emails yet. Saving a form or collecting a submission does not trigger email from our side. Forms can include file upload fields when that field type is on the form.

If the builder or submissions look wrong

  • Confirm you are logged into the same account that owns the form.
  • Confirm the public URL uses the correct slug on forms.grtlabs.com.
  • For layout issues, note whether you set 1–3 columns or half | half widths; send a screenshot of the builder canvas.
  • For export issues, say whether the Excel (.xlsx) download fails to start or opens with missing rows.
  • Submissions persist in Postgres on Railway. A support reply cannot invent missing respondent answers that were never submitted.

Closing an account or deleting data

Delete individual submissions in the dashboard when you only need those rows removed. For account closure or a broader deletion request, email [email protected] with the account email and what you want removed. Privacy details: https://grtlabs.com/apps/grtforms/privacy/
