The role

We’re looking for an Application Developer who likes building complete, well-made web applications, from the database to the UI. You’ll work on GRTforms, which is built with Next.js, TypeScript, and Postgres, and on web projects for our clients. You’ll take features from idea to production, partner with our AI developers on product features, and help keep the codebase pleasant to work in. You’ll be on-site with our team at our Houston office.

What you’ll do

• Build and maintain full-stack features with Next.js, React, Node.js, and TypeScript
• Design Postgres schemas and write efficient, safe queries and migrations
• Design and build APIs and third-party integrations
• Deploy, monitor, and maintain applications in the cloud
• Work with our AI developers to turn LLM-powered features into polished user experiences
• Write tests, review code, and keep performance, accessibility, and security in mind
• Work directly with clients on web development projects when needed

What we’re looking for

• 4+ years of professional full-stack development experience
• Strong TypeScript, React, and Next.js skills
• Solid backend experience with Node.js and API design
• Comfort with PostgreSQL: data modeling, queries, and migrations
• Experience deploying and running production apps on a cloud platform (e.g., Vercel, AWS, Railway)
• Good product sense and attention to UI detail
• Clear communication and comfort owning work end to end

Nice to have

• Experience integrating LLM APIs or AI features into web apps
• Experience building SaaS products (authentication, multi-tenancy, integrations)
• Familiarity with ORMs such as Prisma or Drizzle
• Design skills or experience working closely with designers
