Recent Work

In one project, we automated PDF purchase order processing for a Shopify enterprise. Sales reps had been spending 2–3 hours per purchase order copying line items from PDFs into Shopify draft orders. Strict privacy rules ruled out external AI APIs, so we built a queue-driven pipeline on AWS with an open-source PDF extractor and a self-hosted language model. The case study reports processing time of about 10 minutes per order and about 94% extraction accuracy, without data leaving the corporate network.
