These terms cover the Runway app provided by GrtLabs Inc (“we,” “us”). By installing or using Runway, the merchant agrees to them. They are the terms for this app. They are not a review by a lawyer, and they do not replace the merchant’s agreement with BigCommerce.

The app

Runway is a read-only reorder screen inside the BigCommerce control panel. It shows units sold, stock on hand, and days of cover, and it can download a CSV. The merchant decides what to buy. Runway does not create purchase orders, email suppliers, write inventory, or change orders.

Access

Install grants Runway read-only access to that store’s orders, products, and inventory, as shown on the BigCommerce install screen. We use that access only to show the reorder table and build the CSV. How store data is handled is in the Runway privacy policy.

Price

Runway is free to use. We do not charge a subscription inside the app today. If that changes, we will say so before a charge.

Your store

You are responsible for the products, orders, and inventory in your store, and for any purchase order you place from the CSV or the table. You will not use the app to break the law or BigCommerce’s terms.

Availability

The app is hosted for us by Railway. Access to a store is kept in the running app and can be dropped when the app restarts. Installing again restores access. We may change or stop the app. We do not promise that it will be available without interruption or that every number will match a report you run elsewhere.

No warranty

The app is provided as is. We do not warrant that it is fit for a particular purpose, including a particular reorder decision. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for lost profits, lost inventory, or other indirect damages from using or being unable to use the app.

Ending use

You can uninstall Runway in BigCommerce at any time. That removes the app’s access. We can suspend access if we believe the app is being misused.
