Runway lists what to reorder. For each SKU it shows units sold in the last 30, 60, and 90 days, stock on hand, and days of cover. This guide is how to read that table. Runway does not place the order for you.
Days of cover
Days of cover is stock on hand divided by the average daily sales from the last 30 days. If a product sold nothing in those 30 days, days of cover is blank. It is never shown as infinity. On-hand is the product inventory level BigCommerce returns. The table does not split stock by location.
Example: 20 on hand and 60 sold in 30 days is 10 days of cover.
Sort, filter, and pages
Click a column header to sort by SKU, units sold, on hand, or days of cover. Click the same header again to reverse the sort. The default is shortest cover first, with blank cover last.
Filters can limit the list to low cover (under 14 days), out of stock or zero cover, or blank cover (no sales in 30 days). Filters stay on while you sort and move between pages. Page size is 25, 50, 100, or 250 products.
Open the product
Click the product name. It opens that product in the BigCommerce admin for this store.
CSV
Download the CSV and place the purchase order in your own process. Runway does not create the purchase order, email a supplier, or change stock.
Reminder setting
You can save a cover threshold and how often you would want a reminder. Email is not turned on. Saving the setting does not send an email. The setting is kept only until the app restarts.
What Runway will not do
- Create purchase orders or supplier emails.
- Write inventory or change an order.
- Bill the store. There is no charge in the app today.
If a number looks wrong, use Runway support and include the store URL, the SKU, and what you expected to see.
