Runway is a read-only BigCommerce app from GrtLabs that shows which products to reorder. For each SKU it lists units sold in the last 30, 60, and 90 days, how many are on hand, and days of cover. Days of cover is on-hand stock divided by average daily sales from the last 30 days. If a product sold nothing in 30 days, cover is blank. That is not unlimited stock.

Runway for BigCommerce is in BigCommerce marketplace review and is not publicly listed yet. Early access is arranged directly with GrtLabs. To request it, use our contact page.

What to send

Email [email protected] or call 713.714.6849. Include:

  • The store URL (the mybigcommerce.com address).
  • The SKU, and the days of cover you expected versus what the table shows.
  • Whether the row is blank cover, 0 cover, or a number.
  • A screenshot of the reorder table if the number looks wrong.

What we can help with

  • Your early-access install, the embedded screen not loading, or the app asking you to reinstall.
  • A SKU whose 30, 60, or 90 day sales, on-hand count, or days of cover looks wrong.
  • Filters (low cover under 14 days, out of stock or 0 cover, blank cover), sorting, page size, the CSV download, and the product name link into the BigCommerce product editor.

What this app does not do

Runway does not create purchase orders, email suppliers, or change stock. It does not send reminder or low-stock emails. Place the order yourself from the CSV. We cannot edit those things from support either.

If the table looks empty or the app forgot the store

Runway keeps your store connected across updates by storing an encrypted access token in a private database. If the app ever asks you to reinstall, contact us and we will help you reconnect your early-access install. That is a reconnect, not a loss of BigCommerce orders. Inventory by location is not shown when BigCommerce does not allow that read. The on-hand column then uses the product’s inventory level.

Uninstall

Uninstall Runway from Apps > My apps in your BigCommerce control panel. That removes the app’s access. There is no separate database of your orders on our side.
