Runway is a BigCommerce app from GrtLabs Inc. This page is what to do before and during install. It does not change your store’s stock.

What install allows

Runway asks for read-only access to orders, products, and store inventory. It uses that to count units sold and show stock on hand. It does not ask to write inventory, create purchase orders, or email anyone.

Install

1. In the BigCommerce control panel, open Apps.
2. Find Runway and choose Install.
3. Approve the read-only access BigCommerce shows.
4. Open Apps, then Runway. The reorder table should load for this store.

If the table does not load

If you see “Not authenticated,” or the app was just updated, install Runway again from Apps. The store’s access is kept in the running app and is dropped when the app restarts. Installing again restores it. Your products and orders are not deleted.

Uninstall

In Apps, uninstall Runway. That removes the app’s access to the store. It does not delete products or orders.
