Business Analyst – AI Automation & Workflows

We are hiring a Business Analyst (AI Focus) to join our team and play a key role in designing and optimizing AI-driven automation systems and intelligent workflows.

This role is ideal for someone who understands business processes deeply and is excited about translating them into AI-powered solutions that improve efficiency, scalability, and decision-making.

We work with teams that value innovation, ownership, and practical AI implementation—not just theory.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in Business Analysis or related roles
• Strong understanding of AI and automation tools such as Zapier, n8n, APIs, and workflow automation platforms
• Ability to map complex business workflows and convert them into structured requirements
• Basic understanding of AI / LLM concepts (RAG, prompt workflows, AI agents is a plus)
• Strong analytical and documentation skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Gather, analyze, and refine business requirements for AI-driven use cases
• Convert business processes into:
  • AI workflows
  • User stories
  • Functional and technical specifications
• Collaborate closely with Product Managers and Engineering teams on:
  • RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) pipelines
  • AI automation workflows and agents
• Analyze datasets and input structures required for AI systems
• Support UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and validate AI outputs for accuracy and reliability
• Document end-to-end business processes and their AI transformations

Must-Have Profile:

• 5–10+ years of Business Analysis experience (preferred range)
• Hands-on exposure to AI tools like ChatGPT, Claude, or similar LLM platforms
• Experience with process automation and workflow tools
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to break down ambiguous requirements
• Ability to structure and design AI use cases from scratch
