Build and maintain backend services and APIs in Java for GrtLabs AI and software products. You will work with a small engineering team to ship reliable, well-tested code into production.
Responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintain Java services and REST APIs
- Write unit and integration tests and take part in code reviews
- Work with SQL and NoSQL databases to model and query data
- Troubleshoot production issues and improve performance
- Collaborate with product, QA, and DevOps in an Agile team
Requirements
- Strong Java skills, including Spring Boot and Maven or Gradle
- Experience with relational databases and SQL
- Familiarity with Git and CI/CD pipelines
- 3-6 years of relevant professional experience
- Ability to work onsite at our Houston, TX office
